Online Contemporary Art Archives
Vektor is currently researching all contemporary art archives in Europe, that have online data. This list is growing and we appreciate all hints about archives that we forgot to list. Additional support for the Eastern European Partners (which cannot get financial support through the European Union) is provided by the Austrian Bundeskanzleramt Kunstsektion. Financial support for the associated Vektor partners in Eastern Europe for a translation project of their archival data is provided by Kulturkontakt Austria. Thank you!

Contemporary art documentation collections in the United Kingdom & Ireland
From Jacqueline Cooke, Goldsmith College
In the United Kingdom there are publicly accessible research collections of ephemeral and archival material on contemporary art in the national libraries and archives, in galleries, institutions and in the libraries of art colleges and universities.
This list begins to map the subject area, with a selection of collections that are likely to be of interest to international researchers of contemporary art. There are many other collections with a more local or historical focus, reflecting the nature of the material and of the historically context-specific nature of collecting practices.
